How to delete your Kallo Care account

In the app (immediately)

1. Open Kallo Care.
2. Tap the menu (⋮) at the top.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app

Email contato@kallocare.com.br with the subject Delete my account, from the Google account email used in the app. We reply and complete it within 15 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, photo) and your Kallo code.
• Every person you added, with reminders, messages, history and recordings (videos and audio).
• Your connections as a receiver are removed.
• Your sign-in account.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except what the law requires. People who only received from you stop receiving.
